The model accepts to pose for the photographer during a photo shoot, at the place and on the date abovementioned, in consideration of the following final compensation : _______________________________________ .
Model and photographer agree that all the property rights (physical, intellectual, or other) to the images taken during this photo shoot, whether on film or in digital files, and the rights to reproduce and distribute these images in any form (print, digital format or otherwise) and by any means belong exclusively to the photographer and his representatives, free from any present or future claim by the model.
Model and photographer also agree that the photographer and his representatives are entitled to use these images for any lawful purpose, without further authorization or assent from the model. They may namely reproduce, publish, exhibit, display, distribute and sell the images in any form and any number, including electronically or digitally, without any restriction. The images may also be accompanied by text containing the model's real full name or any fictitious nickname.
This agreement is irrevocable.
Both model and photogapher declare having full legal capacity to sign this agreement.
